Premium Certification Programs
WELLCOSA is proud to offer to our employer community the opportunity to acquire one of the most coveted designations in the worksite wellness field from the prestigious Chapman Institute in the US. Drawing from international best-practice solutions and proven industry research, WellCert (Chapman Institute) provides worksite wellness professionals, benefit managers, brokers, human resource staff and others with the skills they need to plan, implement, manage and measure employee wellness programs that improve health and reduce employee costs.
WellCert is the preferred Wellness Certification for top national insurance carriers, HR consulting firms, benefits brokers, and wellness councils—key employers prefer WellCert. All graduates of the WellCert Program are identified on the WellCert Professional Registry.
WellCert – the Premier Certification Program
WellCert’s Four Levels of Professional Certification:
- Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC)
- Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM)
- Certified Wellness Program Director: (CWPD)
- Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant: (CWWPC)
Each level of certification takes approximately two days of instructional time and completion of an exam. Our program is cumulative and each level requires completion of the previous level. There are no specific prerequisites for Level 1. Read more about our Certifications
